Data server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - incompatible/Warning from Primary Data server xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - incompatible

Currently running 12.3.2 and the only activity currently being monitored is our Enterprise synthetic transactions. We are still using VV for that aspect and it is being sent to our CAS. I am able to use our DMI reports for reporting. Any clues as to what might be the issue? Thanks.

Thanks Adam.. Here you go.. I'm not sure if I am running into a defect with 12.3.4 so I am in the process of upgrading to 12.3.7 which came out last week.cas-rtmgencfg.pngcas-menu-prodinfo-about.png

Ok, understood, but still, the 2 pictures you sent, are just from one CAS machines. I need it also from the other one, so I can make comparison.

I have one CAS and one ADS. Sorry, but I don't know how to provide information about the ADS server other than attaching the ADS Export Config . Please advise, thank you.

Ok, so if you wish to install SP7, then please do it, and then notify us about the results.

If the issue persists, then please create support case for it (with screenshot showing the issue + exportconfig from CAS & ADS)
