Delay in performance data processing is 4 days

Hi,

Since the 13th of december, there is no data from two of our five AMD,

with the message : "Delay in performance data processing is 4 days"

I have cheked the log server , there is always the same error :

"E RTM 17-12-18 08:36:14.550 Missing IP record(s), global statistics will not be available"

Is that mean's there is no data coming to the AMD ?

Dear Faycal,

Please contact the support to create a Jira ticket for that. It's not clear what's the root cause. 'Missing IP record' message is only related to AMD diagnostic samples and should not impact on the observed traffic data. We need to take a look at whole export config archive to diagnose that.

Finally, the problem was solved by the network team, it was due to a GigaMon problem,
