Detailed breakdown of "User Action Time"?

Hi,
With DCRUM and DTAM integration, we are able to report on UEM data using DMI and the RUM Browser dataview.
My question is about the "User action time" metric: what exactly are the different components that compose this metric?
When charting the "User Action Time with CNS breakdown" we can see that user action time is higher than the sum of client + network + server time. The idea is to be able to display the user action time along with the breakdown of all its components.
I've seen this : https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/... but it doesnt help me so much.

Thanks,

Patrick

Here is an example showing respectively :

Your report is it for a particular user action or for all the user actions from a system profile that you are getting from the DT Server?

Hi David, This example is not specific to a particular user action. However, I have the same behaviour regardless of the dimension used. The question is about knowing what else other than CNS is included in this user action.

OK, I was asking this question because the CAS get the average of each measure, and it calculate it, for the way that the CAS aggregate the data. and How DT calculate this data. If you graph the estimated client time + network time + server time and action response, some times doesn't get the exact result on Appmon (aggredattion to minute...), and the CAS when the measure is not present (not estimated possible or network....), I think that the CAS doesn't count it as zero, it will not be count at all this means that sometimes the result doesn't match. This times should be used in CAS to determinate the main improvement.
