Just want to double confirm this.
The current version of DCRUM of the customer still has mobile app, and the C-level-Suite of this customer site are all heavy users of its mobile app.
So want to make sure NAM still has mobile app for it, before I propose for an upgrade from DCRUM to NAM. Otherwise its better off to not propose upgrade.
Anyone has any idea? Thanks

Mobile app has been discontinued. This has been driven by very limited adoption of the app.
NAM 2018 will still work with the mobile app if you have it, but NAM 2019 won't work with the mobile app anymore. Also, the app has been withdrawn from the app stores. See https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/nam/cas-and-reporting/reports/using-cas-reports/mobile-apm/ and https://www.dynatrace.com/support/doc/nam/shortlink/id_dynatrace-dc-rum-release-notes-2018#deprecate...
Please note that alternatives exist: all DMI reports work fine on mobile devices and alert delivery via Slack is a proven option. In the other words - for mobile operational management with alerting - use Slack; for mobile KPI access - create a simple DMI report that shows tiles for exactly those KPIs you need to show, with drill downs to standard Explorer reports underneath.
