Emailing schedule Error 200

Hi,

we are facing a werid behaviour on CAS, under Tools > DMI > Emailing schedule, this page is throwing Error 200 occasionally. We are unable to locate the cause, any idea on this? Please advise, thanks.

Hello Yee,

The quickest solution could be to upgrade to the latest service pack e.g. SP3 (if you are not already on the same), otherwise contact support for the solution.

Noted, will check with Support. While also make plan for upgrade.

This will be fixed in version 2018.

Until then Support is able to provide patch upon request. Just mention reference to APMODCRUMM-9766.
