Exporting PDF and Rasterize settings

Hi

We are sending and generating a pdf each day for one of our customers on their DCRUM installation. The PDF's that gets generated are unneccesarily big in size because the rasterization of the charts are in 2400 x something resolution.

Where can this be edited?

There is only charts configuration available on DMI level, when the report is created/edited.

Would you please show us an example of the problem, maybe some screenshots?

This is how the PDF looks like:

And this is how the Chart settings are for this: When you select the image in Adobe Acrobat, copy and paste into MSPaint, you get an image that is 1216 x 602

Right, it results in bigger image in PDF.

Let me investigate it and get back to you.

Yep.

And i noticed that you use the Phantom JS to rasterize the pages.

Phantom JS's rasterizer takes arguments specifying format. Either size A4 and so on, or resolution.

Images for exports are zoomed in twice to increase readability.

It's hard coded and the only workaround would be to set smaller charts in the reports to have it with desired dimensions on export.

For sure you can post an idea to have it parametrized on our enhancement forum.

These are the alterations i did to the Phantom JS rasterizer file.

I halved the Widht / Height properties, and set the zoom to a static 1
