How to change the AMD to communicate with CAS server on port other than 443?

In my RHEL box, I have squeeze in Dynatrace Managed which is listening on port 443 as well, and it is quite troublesome to have that change its listening port I guess. So wondering if there is any way to change the port use by AMD for comm with CAS.

Yes, you can change the default tcp/443 for Tomcat on HS AMD the following way.

The only downside is that step #1 will have to be re-done later on if new upgrade.bin is installed on this AMD (upgrade).

1. Edit /usr/adlex/config/tomcat/server.xml and change the port in section:

    <Connector protocol="org.apache.coyote.http11.Http11AprProtocol"
port="443"
server="Apache"
scheme="https"
secure="true"

2. Restart rtmgate service

service rtmgate restart

3. Change port number in AMD settings in RUM Console (Edit Connection)

4. The AMD port change does not propagate well to the CAS where this AMD is attached to, so one more step is to disable the AMD feed for the given CAS and then re-enable it

RUM Console -> CAS->Open Configuration->Data stream section -> pick up AMD source, then
Actions->Disable data stream
Actions->Enable data stream
