How to change when alerts get triggered

 Prior to V 12, there was a check box on the Alert config screen that determined if alerts were triggered 24/7 or just business hours.  How do I set this action in 12.1.  Recently my alerts just started getting triggered in the overnight hours, and I only what them triggered during the define Compuware business hours.

Hi Bob,

On your report server, please go to Settings–>Report Settings–>Business Hours. In 12.1, there should be a checkbox to generate alarms only during business hours. Please ensure that the checkbox is checked and alter your business hours accordingly, if needed.
