We have one application whose URL remains the same if we perform any clicks/transaction on it.
For configuring transaction we need a generic URL for each action.
So how can we proceed in such case to configure the transaction.
Since you are on 12.3, you can capture traffic using the RUM Console and edit the software service using the wizard. Then select the captured trace. The wizard will pick up specific details such as queries, request header details, URL parameters etc. You can check for distinct transaction identifiers in the wizard.
Once you have found these identifiers, you can define the transactions corresponding to those identifiers. Please let us know if you run into any issues when configuring this.
Hope this helps,
Thanks for your response.
Can we export this details from the wizard? I need to verify them from application team so that I can configured the appropriate transactions.
I have one more query, Can we get the response time of whole page (which contains all gifs, jpegs, js,css)? If yes, How can we configure it as transaction?
