How to create an alert based on Operations Benchmark?

Hello,

I would like to create an alert based on an operation benchmark.

For example, I have the "Landing Page" transaction.

And normally we have 10 hits/hour during the night. I want to alert, for example, if current operation count value is 80% less than the Operation Benchmark count metric, then an alert would be generated.

Bellow is a chart/report where I have some transactions and the count of operations within the hour and the benchmark (historic count of that hour).

Hi Renato,

To create an alert based on benchmark conditions you must use the RUM Console to create a Real User Performance Alert with the following dimensions and filters.

You can also use the Transaction Dimension Filter to filter on a specific transaction. There is plenty of documentation available around alerting which may be useful.

Hi Cosmin,

Lookint at the image of you answer, the alert will be created based on the transaction and not bsaed on the baseline metric of the specific transation, right?

Regards

Hi Renato,

The above alert will trigger if the number of transactions for a specific transaction is 20 percent below the baseline value.

what about if i need that the alert be triggerd when the number of transaction is equal or grether than 10% over the basline value, should i put 1.1 on the baseline multiplier?

Hello Ouazzani,

I guess you are right according to the below documents's link description, because we are looking for a single comparison mode for the equal and greater than the current value.
