How to know if a cipher is being used more often than others?

Hello,

Im trying to know if the reason of why I dont get any, or almost nothing(3%), traffic decrypted is because the client is using Diffie-Helman.

With the "rcon show ssldecr status *" I can see in the Cipher-suites:
+ SSL3-RSA...
-TLS1.0-DH-RSA....
... (screenshot: cipher.png )

So how can I know that it is exactly that TLS.1.0-DH-RSA... the Cipher that is being used most of the time?

Thank you,
Rodrigo

Hey Rodrigo,

Reviewing the documentation, I don't see what the "ref" field means. Do you know? When counting the refs, I see the two DH ciphers account for 94.53 percent of the ref count. Maybe there's a correlation? Maybe I'm making something up.

Rodrigo,

The ref counter is the number of uses of a particular cipher. So yes, the DH ciphers are the reason for most of traffic being not decrypted.

Wojtek.
