ICA Citrix monitoring, amd not listening on 514 port

Hello, we are doing a pilot on some client and one of services we monitor is Citrix,

We got the copy of traffic to AMD and we already see some statistics, but if i right understand the manual to to user mapping we need to have the TCAM agent installed.

We installed the TCAM on all citrix machines, but we see no data from the agent.

I think the problem is on AMD, is not listening the 514 port:

[root@msk1-amd01 /]# netstat -taupn | grep LIST
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:22 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1237/sshd
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:25 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1345/master
tcp 0 0 0.0.0.0:443 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 6065/stunnel
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:512 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 7373/rtm
tcp 0 0 :::22 :::* LISTEN 1237/sshd
tcp 0 0 ::1:25 :::* LISTEN 1345/master
tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9091 :::* LISTEN 6135/java
tcp 0 0 ::ffff:127.0.0.1:9093 :::* LISTEN 2956/java
tcp 0 0 :::9094 :::* LISTEN 2956/java
tcp 0 0 :::8009 :::* LISTEN 6135/java
[root@msk1-amd01 /]#

Where can be the problem?

Maybe you didn't enabled mappings?

Yes, i missed one of the configuration points on the AMD.
