The cleanup settings are held in /usr/adlex/config/datacleaner.config

The entry of concern is: defaultKeepTime=

The values is in hours. The default is 8 day * 24 hours which is 192 hours.

This is what my notes say anyway - and the setting is still there in 12.4.6.

Thanks John,

I checked the setting and it was 192, however I ran out of space on my share containing the data files because there were data files dating back to June. Is there anything that would prevent the cleanup process from running?

I have seen this happen when cron was not running or not running correctly; the datacleaner process is a cron job that is supposed to run every fifteen minutes.

If the files are in the default directory (or in a linked directory) "/var/spool/adlex/rtm" they should be cleaned up. If the directory was changed then the datacleaner.config file has an entry "samplesDirectory" that would need to be changed.
