Monitoring Office 365 in the Cloud?

Hello all. My client is going to be making the switch from Lotus Notes to Office 365 later this year and was wondering if there was any way to monitor Office 365 in the cloud. Is this possible and if so, do we have any successful implementations in DCRUM? Is it possible with any of our other tools?

Thanks,

Aaron

Aaron,

DC RUM 12.3 added support for Office 365.     AMD's would have to placed internal locations where user traffic passes to the Office 365 Cloud.   A review with your client of how internal users connect to the internet will give you a good idea.   Its great as its autodiscovers and breaks it out by type of Office 365 Service.

You can review the 12.3 Tech Talk on APM U here:

Dynatrace Synthetic's is also a great fit.

Thanks,

Mike

Hi,

Regarding the DCRUM monitoring using the Autodicovery feature, is there any option in the configurations?
