After some time, the rtmgate process stops. In the logs I see :

It seems that a request is causing the problem (Unexpected prefix oddata).
Any idea ?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi, the Unexpected prefix: oddata can be ignored, it's not causing a problem.
Have you stopped firewall service on your AMD? If so, it would automatically stop rtmgate (dependency) service too. It looks like the service was stopped by user, perhaps unintentionally. Firewall service is required for NAM 2018 AMD to function properly.
You're right !!! We're using iptables. When I start rtmgate, it stops iptables. But when puppet is launched, it restart iptables, and that stops rtmgate. We modified puppets so that it doesn't relaunch iptables. rtmgate shoudn't be stopped now.
Thank you Przemyslaw !
