This product reached the end of support date on March 31, 2021.

NAM2018 Server login problem


On the NamServer login screen, I entered my username and password and clicked "Login". Then, it jumps to "https: //172.17.x.x/LoginLanding" and the screen does not change in the wait state. Are there any problems with the setup method?

I would start with clearing your browser cache (or trying to login from other machine or other browser), to exclude cache being the reason of the problem.

if it won't help, deeper analysis will be needed, so I have no better ideas than reporting support ticket. Please, include logs from both, NAM Server and Nam Console as well as information from browser's javascript console.

I thought the problem was due to cache. However, clearing the browser cache did not solve this problem.

After this problem occurs, open a new tab in the browser (Chrome) and access NamServer to access normally.
