I'm looking for help configuring alerts in the CAS for ESM errors.The alerts are currently configured when there are 3 failed transactions in a 30 minute window. They work great but continue to alert every 5 minutes until there are no longer 3 errors in the last 30 minutes. What criteria should I use for the alert so we don't get more than one alert for the same 3 errors?

Without seen your alert propagation setting, my prediction is that you configured to "Raise after 3 intervals(s) during which the triggering condition(s) met" and not configured "cancel after & re-issue after " section.
Kindly enable cancel after "1" interval during which triggering condition are not met
in the end of the page "When no traffic was observed" -> "The alert conditions are not met" radio button should be enabled. This may solve your issue.
