Network performance at 0% when having a low loss rate and RTT values.

Hi All, I'm a bit confused with why the network performance shows 0% for some user operations. For example an operation will be at 0% with the following loss rate and RTT values : client loss rate = 2.1% server loss rate = 0% two way loss rate = 0.3% client RTT = 13.7ms server RTT = 0.4% Total bytes = 490kB. Some other operations will have a network performance of 93% but with 33.3% server loss rate, I'm a bit confused with this.

The system is using the default values, so thresholds have not been changed.

Hello Hao-lin,

From Loss rate definition: The percentage of total packets sent from server that were lost and needed to be retransmitted.

They were lost but they were retransmitted.

From Network performance definition: The percentage of total traffic that did not experience network-related problems (traffic in which the values of loss rate and RTT did not exceed configured thresholds).

You may check your loss rate and RTT thresholds:

Open _Advanced properties editor_ in CAS Admin Console and search for LOSS_RATE_THRSH and RTT_THRSH accordingly. You may want to tune this values in there.

Kind regards.
