One of the HS AMD processes is missing

Hi,

We have deployed a new HS AMD and its deployment was successful, but we found that the rtm hs processes is not running when we check the status at the amd side. What should be done in order to make this up and running.

Are you logged in as root?

If so, share /usr/adlex/log/rtmhs.log

No, i do not have root access.

Then it's very likely your RTMHS process is runing.

Do you have latest data in CAS visible?

No Adam.

OK, then please open support ticket and attach there AMD and CAS diagnostic packs. Take a look at DC RUM Data Collection GuIde for assitance in getting this data.
