we've a problem with custom alerts, they are not generating. We've DCRUM 2017 SP3 and Synthetic Monitoring 12.5 integrated in DCRUM.
We have defined alerts, when the synthetic navigations fail, and alerts when the availability of the applications decreases in DCRUM
since yesterday at 15:30 no alerts are being generated.
Hi Carmen, any changes that have been made around that time? Or did it stop "all of a sudden"?
What actions are defined for alerts generated, is email sent?
After System Status in CAS, I would start looking in the exceptions.log, then the server.log of the CAS.
Also have a look at latest genAlarmsLog-*.log, and sendCommonAlarmsLog-*.log
And at license.log while you are at it, do you still have a valid license?
