Problem with resolution/time range

Hi,

 

We seem to have a issue with resolution/time range and aggregated data.

 

When I make a report for over a month we can not choose resolution larger then 6 hours, when I choose 1 day we get:

 

 

Our storage period configuration is set as:

 

Any ideas why this is?

Not all metrics and dimensions are aggregated, i.e. unique users, affected users and performance metrics related to affected users.

Can you share screenshot of the report definition: dimensions and metrics?

I got Unique users in metric so they are never aggregated?

Correct you can have it only as long as AMD_STORAGE_PERIOD is set.

Did you find out it Enabling User Activity Details and Server Statistics on Demand, I read through it several times and dont see any solution there.

I meant Enable access to user activity details and server statistics on demand part of this manual.

So if I enable this then it will store users in that file and im able to use this in DMI?
