Question about encripted traffic break down in DCRUM tool

We could see a metric\operation called Encrypted data exchange in DCRUM under CAS Operation tab...We would like to understand what is the encrypted traffic breakdown(encrypted data exchange)? and how it will effect on the overall system operation performance.
FYI, kindly find the below screen shot.

Encrypted operation represents client-server data exchange measures by the AMD, but details on the nature of the exchange can't be reported because data was encrypted. This typically occurs when AMD hasn't been given the server SSL keys to enable decryption, or when traffic quality is so poor that decryption breaks (e.g. packets missing in the monitored data stream will break decryption). Please note that when server uses Perfect Forward Secrecy ciphers (e.g. Diffie-Hellmann), there will be no server key to share with the AMD, so decryption won't be possible at all. More on this can be found here: https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/PUBDCRUM/SSL+Monitoring+and+Decryption+FAQ

P.S. I can't see any screenshot attached.
