Replace unique id url parameter by alias, in url monitoring

I would like to know if it is possible to replace a part of a url that contains an unique ID by some alias. So for example, having the url "" get reported the URL "{User_ID}/addItem", where "{User_ID}" is set in some part of the configuration.

With a regex (*/(addItem) the result would be : , but I'm trying to include the string "{User_ID}" between and addItem.

So I want all the unique URLs with different unique IDs aggregated to an operation that shows some alias instead of the unique IDs.

Any guess?

Thank you

Hi Rodrigo. As far as I know, it is not possible to do a regex replace in the URL patterns.

In these cases I would generally capture URLs with a regex like (\d{4}(/addItem) which captures both slashes so that it is obvious when looking at the reported operation that a value was omitted in between the double slashes.

Subsequently, you can then configure a page name for that URL regex pattern as "{User_ID}/addItem" which allows you to use "Task" in reports and filters instead of "Operation".

Thank you Ahmed, that is exactly how Im doing now the workaround with Page names. And the double dash is a good tip to identify "missing" url parts.
I think that for what Im looking for is needed a RFE.
