I have an issue with some agents.
When I log into any of them the screen resolution that is shown is 1600x1200
But whenever a transaction fails in those agents the screenshot that is generated has a resolution of 1024x1068.
Why does this happen?
Are my hosts running the scripts with a resolution of 1600x1200 (the default value we set all agents) or is changing it somehow to 1024x1068?

I’d guess, what you call "I log into" means using remote
desktop connection. By default this imposes
the settings of the client system to the remote desktop session.The Windows Remote Desktop Services client
allows starting the session with the specified screen size.But we do not recommend using Remote Desktop Protocol
for accessing agent desktops, since you may also run into problems with locked
desktop; in our experience using a software that is not based on RDP is usually goes
