has anybody experience with monitoring SAP CRM Netweaver front-end traffic (Http-Traffic)?
We implemented a software service with HTTP analyzer but only see a couple of URLs. The SAP specialist told us that these URLs aren't very meaningful for further analysis (maybe within SAP) because they didn't represent special clicks or user transactions. Furthermore it should be that Netweaver calculates mappings dynamically therefore it shouldn't be possible to extract a page name or anything like this from the content or header.

You can use SAP GUI over HTTP decode for SAP CRM monitoring - it has some URL and parameters definition that exists within SAP CRM. Afterwards you can identify URL's that doesn't fit and adjust the configuration of the HTTP Software Service to the specifics of the particular deployment.
