Sample Processing Timeout force CAS to restart

Hi,

Any one experiencing sample processing timeout which force CAS to restart ? Is there a workaround ?

Please create a support ticket. It should be analyzed by our team.


There is an inner watchdog that restarts the service if the processing time of a single interval exceeds an hour. It's way too long. Most probably some unpredicted error occurred. Please create a support ticket.
