Software service Operation count is nil and continuously giving Failure error.

We have conffigured HTTPS software service. This software service SSL is correct. Data is being captured by the AMDs but its not showing CAS. Instead its giving Failure & Availability is 0%.

Can anyone help me in this.

Hi Chiranjit

As most of your failures are connection establisment timeout errors, this would imply that you have a traffic quality issue. This error is when the AMD sees SYN packets but no response from the other side. It could be that you have asymmetric routing or a filter is blocking part of the conversation. I would start by looking at the Traffic Diagnostics report https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...

You should also check that your SSL is being correctly decrypted at the AMD. https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...

Thanks @Alasdair P. Will check the Traffic Diagnostics. For SSL its getting decrypted as Handkshake is successful.
