We have conffigured HTTPS software service. This software service SSL is correct. Data is being captured by the AMDs but its not showing CAS. Instead its giving Failure & Availability is 0%.
Can anyone help me in this.
As most of your failures are connection establisment timeout errors, this would imply that you have a traffic quality issue. This error is when the AMD sees SYN packets but no response from the other side. It could be that you have asymmetric routing or a filter is blocking part of the conversation. You should also check that your SSL is being correctly decrypted at the AMD. https://community.dynatrace.com/community/display/...
