I thought that it only needs to be apply once, but then it appears that everytime I restart RUM Console I still need to apply this step.
Can anyone confirm if this is the case? If it is, then is there any solution that require me only perform the steps once (instead of everytime)

If this problem appears every time you restart Console, then it looks like Farm configuration on primary NAM Server might be corrupted. Please open a support ticket and provide diagnostic packages from Primary Server and Console.
