Understanding operation time threshold

capture.pngI have an application which the front-end tier is always in severe state (red) as the health index is always hovering between 60%-70%
I changed the threshold from default 8secs to 10secs but it makes no difference.
I even increased the threshold value up to 30secs but it is still showing as severe state (red)
Anyone got any idea why this happen?

From looking at the screenshot I assume it's a DCRUM question, right? This forum is for Dynatrace SaaS/Managed, maybe repost your question in the DCRUM Q&A.

Hello @elvin y.

Make a DMI report with the dimension 'Software service' and filter the required software service.

Add the below metrics:

  • Operation time threshold
  • Slow operations
  • Percentage of slow operations

Display the report and share the result with us.
