Can anyone provide a hint on how to unlock a TestPartner database for the current version of Synthetic Monitoring? I tried the database utility and other ways to no avail
Is the database still opened? Is there somehow another session logged on that is accessing the database?
When all instances are closed, it should then be unlocked.
If you are in the Maintenance (I am not sure if this is what you mean when you say database utility), what happens when you go through the "Unlock Records" option?
Are you logged on with an Administrator account or a standard user?
Have you tried a reboot and/or log off/log on?
Any other information you can provide?
If the issue persists, it would probably be best to open a support case.
Even though I unlock the database thru the database utility, when I check the user is still there And the user happens to be the name of the Compuware that I am on. I am really frustrated This has been going on since yesterday. Are you in the position to do a WebEx session to give me a hand?
