User Recognition dropped on Software Services

Hi,

 

We have set up user recognition policies on two of our software services.

But yesterday suddenly some of our reports where blank, when I then checked software services the policies where gone.

I can see the data is missing from 11/6 10:10 AM, but I can not find anything in the logs that should suggest the policies where dropped/deleted.

Anyway I can get closer to find out why this happened?

We have just set up Dynatrace UEM and getting data in the CAS from that but shouldnt be affecting this i assume.

I'd take a suport archive right away and then I'd file a ticket.

Not sure where this is done in DCRum, is it a Diagnostic Information Export or?

Yes - Sorrry, I should have mentioned that (smile)

Before you file that ticket - you might want to check "Configuration History" in the RUM Console.

It's easy to overlook small changes but if someone has done something, it should be visible there.

Hi Ulf,

 

Seems it dropped the configuration when we patched from 12.3.1.15 to 12.3.2.36, as you said I overlooked first time 🐵

No not 100% sure its that, my colleague is sick today and he did the update so maybe some changes where made and where published with the patch 🐵

I hope you and your colleague have different login (tongue) ?

Support archive DCRum, where is that done, on the AMD or?

Would like to get the historical applications.XML out to compare them.
