We have set up user recognition policies on two of our software services.
But yesterday suddenly some of our reports where blank, when I then checked software services the policies where gone.
I can see the data is missing from 11/6 10:10 AM, but I can not find anything in the logs that should suggest the policies where dropped/deleted.
Anyway I can get closer to find out why this happened?
We have just set up Dynatrace UEM and getting data in the CAS from that but shouldnt be affecting this i assume.

Before you file that ticket - you might want to check "Configuration History" in the RUM Console.
It's easy to overlook small changes but if someone has done something, it should be visible there.
