I'm still running 12.4 of DCRUM and and the Citrx team is going to start sending AppFlow data. Do I need to make any changes on my side For example: Create a Software Service or update the Flow Sources under Flow Collector in Global Configuration of the RUM Console.
I have the Citrix License. I'm looking at a document about Citrix monitoring and there is extensive information on how to enabling AppFow in XenApp but no information regarding what changes to make in DCRUM, just info on how to see the AppFLow data on the Citrix Dashboard

I would like to share an extra information about the TCAM. If you are going to install the TCAM utility on the XenApp Servers then add all the XenApp Servers IP addresses in the AMD Configuration > Advanced > User-IP Mapping > Listening to get the health and performance of the individual server.
Below screenshot is an example of a XenApp Server.
I'm still stuck. I'm trying to get the AppFlow data from the NetScaler. I'm not deploying TCAM. The documentation is not clear on the configuration I need to do on the AMD side. I found this in the documentation:
"A list of the detected NetFlow sources appears automatically on the Flow Sources screen in the AMD configuration settings of the RUM Console. You can subsequently edit settings for individual NetFlow sources to modify the SNMP community name and SNMP port if the device status indicates an error."
However nothing is appearing in the Flow Sources. The Firewall wall between my NetScaler and the AMD is opened, and the NFC on this AMD is running.

I guess we are mixing two things e.g. enabling AppFlow data for NAM Probe which transmits the flow and user-session level information collected by NetScaler and NAM Probe flow collectors for NetFlow analysis.
To monitor the NetFlow traffic you will have to have a license/decoder as you have ICA decoder for the Citrix monitoring.

This documentation speaks to the changes that need to be made to the NetScaler side. We have made these changes and opened the firewall rule from the NetScaler to the AMD but I'm not seeing any AppFlow data when I go to the Citrix Dashboard > AppFlow Tab. Again I'm trying to determine if I need to make a change to the AMD or if the data should just show up. All licenses should be in place so I don't know why the data is not showing up. I think I will open a support ticket at this point.
We actually have a similar problem. No Citrix AppFlow traffic using the 2017 version (SP2), though everything is configured as expected as far as we know.
We are seeing some traffic, however as per support - its not the right traffic. We are double checking to try and figure out where the problem is.
