Why is there no data about the Netscaler in Citrix Dashboard?

There are Netscalers in the Environment, and the port-mirroring is indeed covering the traffic into and out from the Netscaler. Yet I see empty data here, any configuration I might be overlooked?

You need to enable AppFlow forwarding from NetScalers to the AMD. AppFlow provides ICA performance measurements conducted inline, internally by NetScalers. It is complementary to the decode-based measurements. Please note that NetScalers need Platinum license from Citrix to forward the AppFlow records.
