cba process not starting

henk_stobbe

My cba process refuses to start, looking in the log is shows me that the "Application recognition component" failes to init. It seems there are errors in the packetmatchconfig.xml file.

"group is not allowed for content model", removing the record gives me the next in line.

1) can I fix this? Can I replace file back to default

2) how can this happen, has this to do with an 12.2

Have you edited the file manually or reverted it from other machine?

No sorry, the file was not touched, attached peace of logging. I noticed in console cba-agent not talking to cba,

 bam_cba.txt

If you haven't touched it I would recommend opening support ticket ...

It is an empty environment,, is it a big issue to replace the file with the default one?

Ahh, no problem, just give me exact build number of the AMD, either from ndstat command or /usr/adlex/config/applications.xml file.

fyi, the "broken" file is identical  with the .before.upgrade one, the size is 30841, and I have a bck and a default one 50104 in size

Find attached default pktmatchconfig.xml for 12.3.1.31 build.
