One of our customer are interested in using database analyzer.
They want to detect database re-indexing problem. In particular, they want to know what it's the table that was blocked because of the re-indexing.
Is it possible getting this information with the analyzer?

As you can read the below scope of the DRDA (DB2), Informix, TDS (MSSQL, Sybase), Oracle SQL*net, MySQL decoders, therefore, you can use the AppMon Database Agent for the same purpose.

Aa Babar said, database decodes can monitor database response time and errors from the user perspective, but not database internal processing. Reindexing is an internal database housekeeping process. When reindexing runs, database users may see response time degradation, but NAM decode wouldn’t be able to know that it’s because of reindexing. Remote database agent may not be able to see it either, as it focuses on the query performance too.
However, there is a certain way to detect reindexing: look into the database logs. Use Dynatrace log analytics for this purpose, it can detect presence of relevant log messages and alert on them. You will need to configure log analytics for that and of course have the OneAgent installed on the database server
