eServices through proxy problem

DynaMight Pro
DynaMight Pro

We have one customer where we can not get eServices connected for Online license management.

We have to use a proxy. With browsers (FF/Cr) from the same server connecting to eS via proxy works fine.

When setting proxy for Online in NAM Console (17/18/19) the test shows a positive green connected result.I have to use a user/pass. Else it fails.

But when going into Online license management I get a ' eServices portal error (HTTP 0). Try again later.' error. No matter if I use a valid or wrong user/pass.

Anyone else experienced this? I blame the type of proxy. We have similar running fine at other sites.

Hi Frans,

It looks like issue somewhere around Console and proxy . To be honest we didn't encounter such kind of problem yet. Development team needs to have a closer look at it.

Please, report the problem as a support ticket and do not forget attach all the logs for analysis.

Just to make sure - of course you know that licenses can be activated also in offline mode, right? It doesnt change the fact that we're going to analyze and resolve the issue, all I'm saying is that we have a workaround available

Best Regards,

HI Jacek, thanks for your reply. A support ticket has been filed.
Indeed, we can use the Offline method, and are already using it.

-- Erik

I think so. I wasn't sure, it's in Windows AD domain, and I use my domain account.
So investigated a little further, and did a:

{hit enter twice}
