how can I see user list (by ip-address) for my choseen softwareservice

I found one issue and problems in CAS reports

When I want to see all my users or client servers (by ip-address) than I cannot do it

First I choose my software service and click on all users for them

next I see that my user is aggregate on one network

but I want to see metrics for user without agregation


And when I click on active user than all my filters was dissapiars and I see all users for all service on this network


How can I solve this issue and see user list (by ip-address) for my choseen softwareservice?
