In looking through our logs, we are getting a message that DCRUM can't open
\Dynatrace\CAS\config\ipuserforcemap.properties about every 5 mins. I checked our CAS servers and the file doesn't exist. Anyone have any ideas on what is trying to open the file and if it should be there?
Running DCRUM (NAM) 2017 SP5
Hi, you might have used this config file for some static IP=username mapping in past. If you don't use it anymore, go to Tools->Admin Console->Advanced properties editor and remove the ipuserforcemap.properties file name from MAP_IPUserForce-map setting (filter by map in search window to easily locate it)
Please check other fields static-mapping-files.png as well. All of them should be empty if you don't use any static mapping / config files. If all are empty and your CAS still attempts to load the file anyway, let's see what happens if you create an empty text file \Dynatrace\CAS\config\ipuserforcemap.properties
