First of all restart the CAS service.
If it does not help, then go to CAS -> Admin console -> Commands console -> type in search box "ALL", then once again "FIX" and you will find blue link "DICTIONARY FIX". Click it and wait for the procedure to finish and restart your CAS. Try once again if not helped after first attempt.
If none of these help please open support ticket and attach ExportConfig.zip archive.
