Our customers with PERPETUAL licenses will continue to use NAM after March 2021 (EOS).
I have one concern. Is "eServices" closed after EOS?
It is assumed that a customer with a PERPETUAL license will reinstall the NAM due to hardware problems. I understand that a reinstall requires a license activation.
I am worried that if eServices is closed by EOS, reinstallation becomes impossible.
I'm looking for information about "eServices" after EOS.

After NAM EoS, eServices won't be publicly available, but it won't be closed either. Dynatrace Licensing team will gladly assist you in resolving NAM permanent license related issues, like re-issuing or activating the license.
