When executing the rcon> show smb users on AMD a list of usernames pops up, these users are not visable in CAS? Is there a way to add this in CAS?

Using Version 12.4.1

Hi Henk

I'm guessing you have the SMB decode as a SS and have definfed an application through Business Units?

Where are you looking to see the users?

Ulf,

Have have two implementations, one defined SS and one still on autodiscover.

Your hint was enough, I can see clearly now (-; Would be nice to have option to make SMB map in a FE tier,

For people who are looking for this answer:

Users are only visible when a decode is part of a front end tier. So below group will not show users by definition:

Data center infrastructure (sequence 22)

Based on the Datacenter Infrastructure analyzer group, including DHCP, DNS, Generic (with transactions), ICMP, IP, Kerberos, NetFlow, Non IP, SMB, SMTP, LDAP and UDP analyzers.

You can mark option "make front-end tier" this makes user visable.
