would like to know the reasons for data not being published in CAS

Data is not being published in CAS. All the services in AMD are up and the server is reachable. Can someone help resolving this issue. Any new software services added or changes made are not reflecting in DCRUM

Did you assign the AMD to the CAS, in the CAS configuration properties in the NAM (RUM) Console?


Hello Frans,

Everything was good few days back. AMD is assigned to CAS. When I check the rtm log below is the error observed. Not sure how to proceed with this.




rtm.setup:087: ERROR: There are no sniffing devices in configuration file!
rtm.setup:682: Prepare comm devices
load.drivers: rtm.setup returned with 191
load.drivers: ERROR: could not setup receive interfaces

Use the 'rtminst' command and then select 1 for the 'Interface identification and network setup' and reconfigure the communication and sniffing ports.

As Bahar says. I'm interested what the screen rtminst displays. Did the OS got updated? (Hope it's not on auto update or such)
