One of our environment ActiveGates will not update. We have 5 Env ActiveGates and 4 of them can be updated but one cannot. This is the first update cycle where this has happened. The AG has been up since 2020. We checked comms between the two and communication is open on 443. If its not a port issue and i get a failure to update it manually what are my options? Can i copy the .sh for the update local and run it on the server or do we have to reinstall the AG?
