Activegate Datapower Plugin

According to this article:

the plugin hit GA a few month ago, but i cant find it anywhere? Is there a special method to get the plugin?

Actually, you have to complete the form and your Dynatrace representative will download the plugin for you. It is not publicly available for download. Same for other ActiveGate plugins made by Dynatrace.
