Activegate move as well as saas tenate migration possiblities

The two queries were
  1. We have to enable flow from one Envi AG only and if the active one got failed then it need to route the traffic through another AG without any data loss - is it possible? How to configure the three active gates from each region as backup to each other and it is possible to do so? (I believe network zoning and fallback configuration is a concept that needs to be used.)
  2. We have SaaS tenant in US region and if we want to move this tenant/instance to another region then is this easy or tough and how much time it needs to migrate? What challenges or configuration changes need to be done? All past data must be there in the target migrated instance.

Please assist asap

Hello @gauravpayghan__

1. It's worth to specify that the ActiveGate doesn't take active part in the load balancing. OneAgents receive prioritized list of communication endpoints and use random selection between AGs of the same priority to achieve even distribution. Effectively each code module may be connected to different AG.
The concept of network zones would cover your use case https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/network-zones-activegate-connectivity
You may think about setting different network zones for this purpose

2. You would need to discuss this point with your dedicated Customer Success Manager or Techinical Account Manager/Customer Success Engineer, if there's any. When a new contract with Dynatrace is signed, an agreement is reached to host a specific SaaS Tenant in a specific region, with a Cloud Provider at your choice.
Contract changes should be executed for this purpose, and then a new Tenant has to be created in a new region, and a related migration process will have to start

For the second question we understand that the direction migration not possible bt can we use activegate in new region so get the flow from old activegate to new activegate actively and passively then disabling the old region AG. Is there any concept to be done or achieved if yes please suggest steps to achieve or any supporting documentation if available!!

If we're talking about SaaS Dynatrace Tenant deployment, we can refer to the point 2 I've been replying above.
Talking about Activegates, you can simply install a new Activegate configuring the same Network Zone as the one you'd like to remove, installing the ActiveGate itself on whatever machine fulfilling ActiveGate hardware requirements.
To set the Network zone on an ActiveGate:  https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/network-zones-new-installation-deploy#install-activegates
Once you're done with the new installation you can uninstall and remove the ActiveGate from the "old" Machine following this guide: https://docs.dynatrace.com/docs/shortlink/sgw-uninstall
