After uninstalling the Dynatrace agent we can't delete the Dynatrace folder in C drive

Hi Team,

I have uninstalled the Dynatrace agent in the Windows server after uninstalling I can delete the folder called log(Program files>>Dynatrace>oneagent>logs) but I can't delete the entire Dynatrace folder in the server

Help me understand why I can not delete the Dynatrace folder in the C drive

Probably, you have a "sub-agent" running inside one of your processes. In that case, you won't be able to delete the Dynatrace folder without restarting that process. Can you provide a screenshot of the error you get?

Kindly check any Dynatrace services still running in "service.msc", probably services should be removed post uninstallation of OneAgent.

Now post removing oneagent you unable to delete folder from programs files, maybe it will require VM restart to delete the folder.
