Hi,
The thing is that this customer is based in Spain. The Alexa skill for Dynatrace has to be in English.
There were the steps we followed:
The Amazon account we are using was created on the Amazon.com web site. The Alexa Echo was initialized with English language (US). However, after initialization, the device alerts about a "Launguage mismatch" between the device language and "Español (España)". Don't know where it detects this Español (España), from the source IP?.
Then, I followed the steps according to the documentation (https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/how-to-use-dynatrace/davis-assistant/integrations/enable-the-...), to enable the skill and link the skill with the Dynatrace environment.
However, at the end, the Amazon Echo does not find the Dynatrace skill, or any other skill (like Cnet skill).
Anyone help is welcome.
Kind regads,
Antonio V.
Hi,
Ok, I found what was wrong: although I created the amazon account on amazon.com, you still need to specify an US address here: Go to Manage Your Content and Devices and click the Preferences tab: (https://www.amazon.com/mycd). There, in Country/Region settings specify an address. I used: Beverly Hills, 90210, LA, CA. (from the famous TV show). Then I started the initialization process for the Amazon Echo device, and now is working.
Good luck.

Hey Since, now Davis assistant have reached its end-of-life what's the alternative to integrate alexa? @ChadTurner came across this problem recently?
