Can't create WebCheck for public urls

Hi,

I have list of URLs for which I need to create webchecks. I can access these url on public internet but when I go to create webcheck, it is saying "Unable to access URL, please enter a URL that is publicly available. Your URL might be not reachable by our web check locations".

How can I resolve this problem.

Hello Suresh,

Are you sure the URLs are available publicly and that you don't need VPN access for it? Can you give us an example of one of the URLs you are trying to create a webcheck on?

Issue got resolved , the URLs were secured , later I created webcheck for that.
