Cant Rename Services Tile Anymore

If memory serves me correct, weren't we able to set a custom title in services for the tile? Now we are unable to via clicking the tile as we would do for a host tile: 

I have to scroll now through the Json to find the right tile then update the tile name 😞

So instead of naming the title, you have to now click on "Pin to dashboard" and in the pop-up window, you provide a title of the tile. As for tiles that are already on a dashboard and that you're editing, it appears you are correct. There is no efficient way to edit the tile title other than editing the JSON.
