Capture bind values - management zone setting

Hy everybody,

We use Management Zones to separate Applications. Now one Application wants to see the bind values and other management zones are not allowed to do this (in the same Environment). Is there a possibility to configure this on the Management Zone level:

No, as far as i know at the moment it is not possible on management zone level, only on environment level.

Provides permission control option on management ,but it doesn't work. Is it a defect?
